An Integrated Approach —
What is different about my approach?
Often people’s observations of their own health can be overlooked in Western Medicine. There isn’t the time and resources to dig deeper and really listen to a patient. People come to me having being told to ‘just relax’ or ‘just keep trying’ when they have a gut feeling something is wrong, or that their symptoms are connected. As a Chinese Medicine practitioner, the questions and detail are so important, because we link things in a different way to a Western Medicine. The way I diagnose in my work values the individual, as well as the essential diagnostic tests and latest research.
Initial consultation
Prior to your initial consultation, I will ask for any tests or investigations you have had done to review. I offer a 90-minute consultation. This allows plenty of time for us to discuss your story; whether you’ve just started trying, are preparing to conceive later, starting IVF or further into a more complex journey.

Your Personalised report
Following your consultation, I prepare a personalised report for you. This report includes a clear acupuncture treatment plan and recommendations on diet and lifestyle in line with your diagnosis and testing (if not yet ventured into).
I believe in working transparently, keeping you informed of your treatment progress and when/if there are optimal times for treatment or when additional testing is necessary. As a fertility support practitioner, I am trained to see the issues that can stand in your way of becoming pregnant and adapt my Chinese Medicine approach accordingly.
My bespoke service includes:
Acupuncture treatment
Facilitating and reviewing hormone testing
Fast-track referrals to tried and tested consultants or specialist laboratories for fertility investigations, advanced sperm testing and microbiome testing
